Happy New Year!

With all utilities (electricity, gas, water, and sewer) connected and run in the building, Derek has been busy doing final preparation for the concrete slab (in the picture above, check out the laser level that guides smoothing the fill). The next few months will be busy - expect exciting updates as we install equipment, finish the manufacturing space, draft opening menus, and generally prepare for opening.

We started this adventure in the fall of 2021, buying the Williams Feed building in April 2022. Since then, we have been incredibly grateful for the support of our family, friends, and community. We look forward to raising a glass with you in 2025!
